Wasnt exactly what was ordered.

The order took almost 2 hours to arrive.

Wont be back. Ordered a munchie box for delivery half an hour after making order they called to say would have to collect as too busy to deliver. Got munchie box ribs were just bones no meat, chips were soggy and food was cold.

Didnt get half my order, only ordered 4 things as well! Had to request refund which to be fair was dealt with very promptly by Scoffable

Very slow - nearly one and a half hours.

Came to collect order and order was mixed up but got resolved after 5 mins for searching and looking the guy serving knew what he was doing but the kitchen staff not a clue Although got resolved I revived £2 back but 1 portion of chicken was missing never called ask was too hungry to complain and could see the boy had a enough after drama in the shop

Did not receive rice until after eating my meal, completely ruined. Will not order again

The order took an hour and a half and when I phoned to find out where it was they offered no apology

Second time now my order has taken forever! So wont be ordering from them again! First time 3hrs, second time 2hrs!

Food wasn't ready at collection time. Extra 15 minutes wait. When we got home kids chicken balls were actually prawn balls. Had to go back to sort. Could not get through on phone.

The food was at best lukewarm when it arrived and once again there was no prawn crackers.

We ordered to be told 50 mins wait which is fine. I called after an hour to be told it was on the way. We then had to wait a further 40 minutes for the food to be delivered, when the delivery guy arrived we said we had been waiting 40 mins when it should have taken 15 mins. He explained that they had lost our order slip therefore if I hadnt called it wouldnt of been delivered at all. When it arrived it was warm but not hot and mediocre chinese in my opinion. Wont use this restaurant again.

Very poor mixed meat satay, only 2 types of meat and 2 prawns! Not impressed and was late in being delivered

I use Dragon House regularly & do so for a reason, the food is always fresh & very tasty. No idea what happened this time but there were 2 long black hairs around 6 inches long in our noodles, forcing us to throw the whole meal in the bin. Im hoping someone can tell me that a burnt noodle looks like a black hair cause Im completely baffled as to how this has happened after a couple of years without a single issue.

Unacceptable full order COLD want be ordering from them or using SCOFFABLE again

food was good , but took over 2 hours to be delivered im afraid

Really disappointed - not sure whats changed but didnt enjoy our choices. The shredded chicken had pretty much no sauce so it was practically dry, and the chicken was awful. The duck was dry and tasteless. I also requested no onions in the allergy information which was ignored... good to see you read that bit. Our local Chinese no more... wont be back!
