Was over the estimated time for delivery and had to call to chase it up. The food was lukewarm and not as great as previous orders.

After i had ordered my meal i phoned the restaurant to ask for no prawns in my wife's singapore chow mein.She didnt eat it on the Friday, when i got it, but my wife was going to heat it up the next day and when she opened it there were prawns in it. My wife is allergic to seafood so that could have made her very ill. I phoned the restaurant that night and wasnt happy with the response i got. Not happy and won't be ordering from them again.

The food took almost 2 hours on a Monday night. Staff done nothing to assist.

Over 1hr 20 minutes simply not good enough

Delivery time was updated to 50 mins. 2 hours later we got tea!!!!!!!!!

Delivery estimate was 50 minutes, it came 2 hours later. I called the shop after 1.5 hours and the said it was 10 minutes away, took another 30.

my Full order was freezing cold and half an hour late. My rice was no where to be seen and the bbq sauce might as well have been water tried calling to complain but the line was constantly engaged fair to say I wont be back!

Ordered at 7.10 it arrived at 9.50 if i hadnt paid by card i would of told driver to take back

We made our order for pick up at 7.20 and had to wait 40 minutes at the dragon house so we ate an hour later than planned. Not a good service!

Waited two hours for delivery. I understand that is was busy but not getting your food until half 9 when you ordered at half 7 is a bit ridiculous. Should have been given more warning about length of time it would take

Very long delay in delivery. Took over 1hr 40mins to deliver from 1.5 miles away. Food is good, but not worth the wait.

First time ordering munchie box, very disappointing, £9.50 it cost it it was a box full of chips and a couple bits of chicken which were over cooker. They advertise chicken balls in it however there was 1 or several. Feel like daylight robbery.

Ordered at six oclock said food would arrive in a hour and 50 minutes. At eight oclock the food still hadnt arrived couldnt get a hold of the Chinese. When we finally did on the phone they were very rude and told us we had to collected even though we had asked for delivery as they were short of drivers they should of let us know this when ordering the food. Collected from Chinese and the staff were not sympathetic about the situation

3 frigging hours I waited, wont use them again!

Ordered a delivery and received a call an hour later to state that they could not deliver and I would have to pick it up - still awaiting refund for delivery charge - Ill think twice before ordering from this establishment/ system again despite having enjoyed the service beforehand

ordered food and waited for an hour before deciding to phone to wonder where the food was and was absolutely screamed at on the phone and told it was gonna be 3 hours or i would have to come and pick it up.

Ordered food at 6,.30 pm. Expensive order 40mins.later but dragon house sent revised delivery time of 2 hours which would be, 8.30 At 8.30phoned them and was told to either wait another hour or come and collect. I chose collection despite paying for delivery. Eventually had food at 9.30. "very poor service

Waited 2.5 hours for delivery decided to drive to shop 3.5 hours after order was made we had food. Food was sub standard

A long time for the order to be delivered which I believe was due to new staff taking orders at Take Away House.

Beef with Oyster sauce very bland, ribs where extremely tough!Everything else was just ok

Received a email saying delivery would be 1hr 10 Mins which we had expected after all it was Saturday night, However after 1hr 20mins we called only to be told by a very irritated person that the meal was still in the kitchen. I mentioned that the email said 1hr 10 min he seemed to be even more irritated that I mentioned that it was now 1hr 20 mins. He continued to try to fob me off. When the meal finally arrived 1hr and 40 mins after being ordered the meal was incorrect. We decided not to contact them and risk another abrupt conversation. Really disappointed with the service as previously we have had good service and food is excellent

We waited almost 2 hrs longer than requested for our meal after the vendor assuring us during calls to them that it was on its way then eventually to be told that our order hadnt been received from Scoffable! Very bad customer service indeed. We wont be using Dragon house ever again! Thank you Scoffable for your intervention and the £10 voucher.
