Poor quality food.

Noodles in the chicken chow mien were like plastic they were so hard, it was inedible and got put in the bin!

Order took over an hour to teach me (no where did it say this when I placed the order) Some of the order was coldWrong drink

Waited 2hrs, then finally arrived, ordered two chicken meals, got two beef meals - would not use again.

Placed order to be collected at 7pm. I was still standing in a queue waiting to be served at 7:35pm with only one man serving with limited English and very little control over the busy situation. After waiting such time and receiving my order I sat in my car and checked that everything was there (as last time I ordered there was items missing). This proved to be the case again as we had no rice in our order!!! I refused to go back in to the Chinese to complain as the queue was still out the door and slow service meaning I wasnt prepared wait again and let my food go cold. Very very disappointed. Not sure we will be back😡

Food was only lukewarm when it arrived and we waited an hour and 10 minutes for delivery

Took over two hours to arrive and when it did, the delivery driver stood outside my home screaming and shouting before he even knocked the door. Food was missing and the restaurant was shut so we couldnt call

Waited well over an hour for the food and when it was delivered even the delivery driver was apologising for the lack of organisation in the place.

they put onions in the chicken curry when we specifically asked for no onions. we paid for extra prawn crackers but they only sent one bag. the delivery was well over an hour

It took 2hours and 20 minuets to come wont be back

An hour and 45 mins I waited for my order to be delivered. When I called I wasnt even given an opportunity to say what my order was, straight away I was told it be with me soon. Charged £4:95 for delivery to wait that length of time!

Salt and pepper chips were soggyFood was for collection but when I arrived they said it wasnt ready, waited an extra 25 minutes after the suppose to pick up time even though those who were just coming into the store to order were being told their food would be ready in just under 10 minutes

2 hours for delivery!!!!

Order took over 90 minutes to be delivered.

Again the order was very late, supposed to be 50 minutes but took 90 minutes and when it arrived the spare ribs were very dry and cold, the main course was also cold and the spring rolls were also cold and very dry.Very disappointed again!!

Forgot our curry sauce in our delivery then took a further 40 mins to send it out to us by which time my daughter and her friend had decided they didnt want anymore !! 2nd occasion of a missing item in the last 6 weeks between a delivery and a collection order !! Not good enough ..

What a waste if money, tasteless food
