Food was good but having to wait 80 minutes for delivery on a Tuesday was not good.

They have a special instructions section, which they duly ignored.

The egg fried rice from my order was missing and not having it spoiled the Chinese meal for family.

We ordered a vegetarian dish only for there to be a couple of pieces of chicken in it.Not ideal customer service. It seems like they cool it worth chicken or then take it out and leave vegetables. This goes against the ethical values of being vegetarian

Didnt enjoy it. Curry sauce was watery and bland. Salt n chilli items were far too salty.

Placed an order at 1900 and after 3 phone calls my order arrived at 2035!

We continue to leave comment on online order NO GREEN PEPPERS and Dragon House ignores this. It is so annoying. 😡

Mongolian Beef was very dry, it did not taste freshly made, the Singapore noodle was ok but had a lot of dry chicken in it, not the best meal I have had 😞

Freezing cold chicken in the curry, no free prawn crackers, soggy cold chips, ribs that look like bones! Will never be back

Last two orders had less than half tub of sauce and rice portion seems to be less than normal too! Would rather more rice than chips in the munchie box.

I arrived for a collection and they hadnt processed my order yet and it took ages for them to find it or even explain what had happened. I got asked twice by the same man if I was being served while he was supposedly looking for my order. I expressly wrote no onions please as I cant eat onions and everything was filled with onions. It was a joke

1 hour and 45 minutes wait for delivery. It was horrible and had to bin the food. Tried to tell the owner on the phone but he had no understanding. Should not be taking orders if they are too over run!!!

Order took one and a half hours to come so the food was quite cold. Our dishes were much spicier than usual? All in all I would rate it as 5 out of 10 🙁

More than an hour to be delivered. Was warm but not hot.

Poor experience. Excessive delivery time over an hour. Order wrong and cold. The curry sauce had congealed it was that cold. Had to recook in the microwave. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend.

Chicken was like a jelly texture in the chow Mein not sure what it was. Shredded chicken was not nice at all dried out

Ordered online, estimate delivery time was 1 hour, food took 2hrs 10mins to come!

When I arrived to pick up the order, 30 minutes after ordering, the order had not even been picked up from the Scoffable printer.

I thought the beef chilli and black bean was quite bland and the egg fu yung was only half full !!
