3 hour wait for our order to arrive. Called after 2 hours, to be told it hadn't been sent yet as they were quite busy and then was hung up on. Have ordered regularly, and had similar experiences before. Won't be ordering again.

I ordered Singapore noodles and they were not nice at all,this place is usually good,even the spring rolls were rotten!dunno what happened tonight like but I won't be using them again!

Worst Chinese meal I’ve had in my life. The bbq sauce was like water mixed with soy sauce, chips were like rubber, chicken curry was clearly a reheat as it was solid in the tub and only warm in the middle. If I had to say something good, the rice was ok

Delivery time was not good placed order at 6:20, food delivered at 8:20

Placed order at 7.00 for a pickup at 20.00 but didnt receive till 20.25

Used to be my favourite Chinese but the meals have less flavour to the point where I wont reorder. Chicken curry was rubbery and prawn crackers were hard.

This was the worst meal. It was extremely greasy and only lukewarm. Delivery took ages to come as well. The worst part was their curry sauce which is usually amazing. Spent £15+ and it all went in the bin

Very gloppy soup, under done veg, lumpy rice, generally the Dragon House is okay, tonight wasn’t very good, if it wasn’t a short walk from my house I would go elsewhere.

Ordered at 7:50pm, received an estimate delivery time for 9pm, food did not arrive until 11:20pm. The food was that weird way it gets when it's been under a heat lamp kept warm for ages. It was ruined. Really disappointing. I appreciate it was not the driver's fault as she was ran off her feet, it probably wasn't anyone persons fault but someone should have updated me with a new delivery time and food should be fresh. I didn't eat a thing.. £15 for a very disappointing evening.

The chicken curry sauce was thick, The chips were a bit dry and the chicken was a bit to salted. Delivery time was 15 minutes quicker than the confirmation email said so that’s great.

Order was not fully delivered as rice was misssing. By the time I got through I had cooked my own Still.waiting on.refund.

Chicken and sweetcorn soup smelt and tasted burnt. Vegetables in the chicken chow mein were slimy and bruised. Some of the noodles were hard and black like they were scrapped of the bottom of a burnt pot. Not a great experience.

Starter was cold. Phoned and have said will refund. This is second time this has happened. We have used them for years but since using through scoffable not happy with temperature or quality of food.

Placed order took sn hour and a half to arrive even after having emsil saying they had updated delivery time to 50 mins.. when i phoned after waiting an hour it took ages for someone to answer and they seemed shocked i hadnt received it yet as driver had left.. said they would call driver and let me know.. i heard nothing back until the door went about 25 mins later... finally dinner had arrived only to be dissapointed to the fact it was freezing cold so none of it got eaten... tried to call to tell them and no answer so gave up... tempted to take it into them when the open and ask if they would like to eat it cold cause i certainly dont

Over 1.5hrs to deliver is unacceptable

I had ordered Diet Coke along with my dinner - when the order arrived, the driver had coke - he said he would take it back and replace - nothing was delivered. I have paid for a drink I never received.
