Well again this order took way to long to deliver, 1 hour and 45mins, I have now been let down too often with extremely long delivery times and no opology. I have been a customer for so many years so I am sorry to say I will not be ordering from Dragon House again

Food was cold. Didnt enjoy it

Got munchy box and food was terrible. All dried out and over cooked.

Some of my order was missing phoned to let the company know and they just kept saying they had put the order in the bag and then they hung up on me, will never order from this Chinese again.

Ordered at 6:30 and came at 8:20 food wasnt to good either

After placing the order we received an updated delivery time of 1 hour and 20 minutes. I decided to wait as I didn’t really want the hassle of cancelling and reordering elsewhere. And hour and forty minutes later, still no food. I called Dragon House and was told the food was on its way. After two hours it finally arrived. The food was lukewarm at best. The chips were cold and chewy. It tasted ok, but by this time we would have eaten anything! I would not recommend and won’t order here again.

The food was discussing.. noodles tasted burnt !!

Chips were undercooked Batter covered products were full of oil. Crispy chicken was soft from excess oil. Batter and chicken tasted mainly of oil and was unpleasant. Very disappointed as I used to use this place pretty regularly, however based on this meal, it's unlikely that I'm going to return.

Told them on notes i am allergic 2 prawns but sent in meal this is now 3rd time they dont read notes lost customer again

Dragon House's food is normally wonderful - we order regularly. However on this occasion, our food arrived cold after an hour and the food was NOT to their usual standard. Very disappointed.

This place has went downhill fast... most disgusting chicken noodle soup I’ve ever had. Greasy, soggy noodles. Used to love this place as well.

Asked specifically for a certain ingredients not to be added and my request was ignored then it took nearky 2 hours to be delivered. Was absolutely disgusting. Tried to call up to complain and they havent answered me

Avoid!! Paid £25 for what can only be described as Slop!! Absolutely disgusting food. Ordered red Thai Curry, what turned up was a bland tasteless watery soup melange. No resemblance to curry whatsoever, it was vile. Everything else in the order was the same, all coming with vast amounts of onions and not much else. All went in the bin.

Noodles not cooked properly, still crunchy. Chicken slimy and tasted disgusting. Padded out with vegetables that shouldn’t of been in dish. Overall awful
