Took over 2 hours for my food to arrive and was cold on delivery.

90 minutes for delivery, and look warm Food despite ordering for the fact they were under a mile away

Even though order was placed on line we had to wait in queue for it.

Waited over 2 hours for delivery refused delivery at the door

Waited three hours on my food to be delivered, when it came it was the wrong order.. phoned to get a refund and the guy said he didn’t know how to do it. Waste of time and money !

Booked to collect order at 17.40 but had to wait in Dragon House until 18.05. Not cool.

Food over an hour and a half late and cold. Will not be ordering again.

Too hours later, freezing cold and pancake roll stuck to the bag so it fell apart taking it out. Just as well their food is delicious after reheating, or this one would have been a refund job.

Long wait and wrong food delivered (but eaten as by then I was famished)

This restaurant food arrived late 25min was told 1hr 20 min food arrived 1hr 45min and was cold had to reheat but unfortunately made food taste old and rubbish, soup was 95 % full noodles and tasteless broth more like tasteless water,phoned but was told driver left but would phone me back 5 min no call after 15 min clearly this restaurant is over trading and quality has fallen by the wayside, As the food was cold most went in the bin which is a shame as this restaurant used to be good,

Chicken and Sweetcorn soup is not consistent Chow mein was awful....gunky and thin noodles Crispy shredded beef was half full so that was disappointing

Ordered from here 3 times now but wont be ordering again. The rice isalways undercooked and they dont read the notes for the order either. Whats the point in being able to make a request about your order when they just ignore it.

The food didn’t taste very nice, quite disappointed considering how long I waited and how much I paid for my order.

How on earth does it take on average 2 hours to deliver a Chinese meal when you live 5 minutes away!!!. This is the 3rd time this has happened recently and be be honest it will be the last time. Don't get me wrong the food is exellent but the delivery service is absolutely terrible. Sort it out.....

Lack of taste from all dishes. too much oil used. Satay had too many peanuts. Some.ofnthe dishes were cold

The food wasn't up to what i was expecting

The order was £13.85. The delivery came to the door charging £16.35 as it was a double delivery charge for being Xmas eve. I don't mind paying double delivery charge, its the fact it was not stated and if i paid with card i woukd of got it for £13.85

Food arrived after 1.5 hours and the delivery was cold.

Food was disgusting. Noodles still hard in chow mien. I could have made a better ‘chinese’ myself. This place has really gone down hill.

It took 2 hours to deliver my order and that’s the 2nd time it’s took as long , so probably won’t use again.

Waited 2 1/2 hours for order, the food was cold and one of the meals was wrong. Used to always go here but won’t be back as last few orders have been awful.

Appalling service. No delivery after 1 hour. Called the company to be told it’d take another 30 mins to an hour. However my stuff was ready. So potentially the food was going sit for a couple of hours. The excuse I was given was a driver had broken down. Ended up going out to collect it even though I paid for delivery and it wasn’t that good either.
