Won’t be ordering again. Order was late - waited an hour and 25 mins, but more importantly the chicken satay was awful. Chicken was rubbery and uncooked in places. It was Completely inedible and went straight in the bed before it caused a bad case of sickness. Also no “free” prawn crackers despite spending over £15.

Food was not ready for collection at agreed time and had to wait 30mins. Then had to ask only to discover it had been ready and waiting behind counter for 10 mins.

Ordered at 6:51 and it arrived at 9:10.

We had to wait nearly 3 hours for delivery which I find unexceptable. We phone after 2 hours and was told we will have to wait another half hour because they were to busy.food was good when it eventually came but it was to late to enjoy will not use them again

2 hours 20 minutes to deliver and the food was cold. It doesn’t get much worse than that.

Ordered at 4.30pm for 6.30pm, almost 2 hours later and 2 phone calls later and still no food!!!!!

Used to love this chinese not had it in a long time the food was not nice at all even the kids who love noodles and rice wouldn’t eat it. Very disappointed unlikely to try again

Chow mein tasted burnt

2 hour wait, no apology when I called to question when the order would arrive and food was cold and congealed!

Food would have been good if it wasn’t stone cold by the time it reached us.

Been using this takeaway for years, but lately the service has not been as good. Had to wait for 20 minutes after the time advised when collecting, what is the point of giving a time to collect?

It took over a hr to arrive by delivery the chipsbwere cold and mushy the chicken curry was cold

Food wasn't good for the price paid

Hi i ordered a yesterday night and first of all the wring rice was sent out wich resulted in me paying more for them to send out the right porshion or rice, to then find after them station on the phone after me calling about the rice i had wrote in my instructions no onions and they sent with onions, i had to bin my order as i was not impressed, i hope this can get sorted..

Food was cold

The food took almost 2 hours to come and it was stone cold majority of it went in the.m bin was a waste of money

Order took over 90 mins to arrive, the paper bags were soaking wet and all the food such as chips etc were soggy and cold. Special requirements box was ignored and veg specifically asked to be excluded was the only veg included!!! BBQ sauce received was 100% vinegar, it was unusable. For the price we paid, neither of us enjoyed this nor will be ordering from here again :(

Food order was requested for 7:10. It was delivered at 6:10. Friendly conversation with delivery woman that it was too early. Requested delivery for original time and confirmed that food would be made fresh and not reheated. Food was then redelivered at 7:50, but was not hot, just warm. Nothing was crispy that would normally have been. Not convinced it was made fresh. In the end, disappointing.

Had chicken in oyster sauce. Texture of chicken was off. Did not taste like chicken.

Chicken chow mein didnt have much taste.
