Great food never had a bad meal

I have used the dragon house for years now and have to say recently the quality of their dishes have been a let down to say the least.I received a bland chicken curry tonight which had little to no taste. NO prawn crackers as I was told I had to specifically order these as they were low in stock. Even though I had been previously told on many occasions you did not have to order these. I also received chips that were as dry as a stick. Safe to say I will not be returning.

Curries great delivered on time

again got wrong order. asked for Shredded beef but got shredded chicken. saying this it was lovely as their food usually is.

Was told 1 hour 10mins when i placed order ,chicken curry,rice and prawn crackers. Not even a large meal yet after calling them 1 hour 25 mins tonchase my meal ibwas tokd they were waiting for driver to return. It was just about 2 hours before i got my meal and was missing prawn crackers . The restaurant was only 15 min drive from my house ,2 hours to deliver one meal is pretty ridiculous to be fair on this occasion. I have used Dragon House before and no issues. I have been refunded. Inhad just finished a 12 hour shift so by time this came i was extremely hungary .

Hot, delivered on time. Very tasty, not too salty. Ticked all the boxes.

Aromatic Crispy Pancake Duck was terrible. Chopped into lumps, not shredded as it should be. Overcooked and dried up. Served in a pizza box! Very disappointing and very poor value. Fortunately the rest of our order was ok.

Chips not cooked properly. Munchie box soggy.

Fast delivery and food was overall good, chips however some were very crisp and others very undercooked almost like chips were cooking and more chips were out in.

I have been going here for ages and this is the worst Chinese meal I have ever experienced. What has happened? Have you changed chef or been bought over? Sorry to leave the bad review on Christmas Eve but Iam £30 out of pocket as we never ate the food.

Food was bland. Was also luke warm. The chicken looked as though it had been sitting on top of a heater keeping warm it was dried out.I used to enjoy the food from there but last couple of times has been a let down

Was it a different chef tonight? Favourite dishes were totally different and not as nice.

Ordered Fried Chicken in Peking sauce. Got normal chicken in Peking sauce and not with the prawns and charsu as ordered
