Great meal and quick delivery!

Order turned up 50 minutes late and was warm not hot, disappointed!!!

Driver could not find my address therefore waited 2 hours for delivery

By far the best Chinese take away in West Lothian

My order said it would be a 40 minute to arrive but was nearly 1 hour and 30 mins later, I had requested for no bamboo shoots in my order but they were in my dish instead I had no cashew nut and they should have been in my dish

The food was 20 minutes late and cold.

Delivery was confirmed for 6.40 however did not arrive until after 7.15, seems some of the food has changed recipes also, I always order shredded chicken with chilli and peking sauce, normally a nice red colour and great taste however last night was not more a darker shade with lots of chilli seeds (never had that before) just didnt quite taste the same, also chicken wings more like legs!

I realise that Saturday is a busy shift and was not bothered about the hour and half for delivery but what was not acceptable was the food being freezing and congealed. Had to re-heat everything expect chips which had to be binned. Not good from my fav Chinese however they may have now lost a customer 😥

We got two portions of Battered chicken balls but no chips which we ordered, wondered if someone else got two portions of chips and no battered chicken ball's?

Whats the point of having a box to put about allergies etc if no one actually reads it?
