Food was 100% not the same! Chicken satay was so bland chicken was jelly, chilli chips were so crunchy not impressed tonight :( usually so good as well.

I have used the dragon house for years now and have to say recently the quality of their dishes have been a let down to say the least.I received a bland chicken curry tonight which had little to no taste. NO prawn crackers as I was told I had to specifically order these as they were low in stock. Even though I had been previously told on many occasions you did not have to order these. I also received chips that were as dry as a stick. Safe to say I will not be returning.

Was told 1 hour 10mins when i placed order ,chicken curry,rice and prawn crackers. Not even a large meal yet after calling them 1 hour 25 mins tonchase my meal ibwas tokd they were waiting for driver to return. It was just about 2 hours before i got my meal and was missing prawn crackers . The restaurant was only 15 min drive from my house ,2 hours to deliver one meal is pretty ridiculous to be fair on this occasion. I have used Dragon House before and no issues. I have been refunded. Inhad just finished a 12 hour shift so by time this came i was extremely hungary .

Aromatic Crispy Pancake Duck was terrible. Chopped into lumps, not shredded as it should be. Overcooked and dried up. Served in a pizza box! Very disappointing and very poor value. Fortunately the rest of our order was ok.

Chips not cooked properly. Munchie box soggy.

I have been going here for ages and this is the worst Chinese meal I have ever experienced. What has happened? Have you changed chef or been bought over? Sorry to leave the bad review on Christmas Eve but Iam £30 out of pocket as we never ate the food.

Food was bland. Was also luke warm. The chicken looked as though it had been sitting on top of a heater keeping warm it was dried out.I used to enjoy the food from there but last couple of times has been a let down

Was it a different chef tonight? Favourite dishes were totally different and not as nice.

I requested that my order be delivered at 5.30. It was delivered at 4.55. No-one was home from work! 😞

The chicken was like rubber and unedible. Chips really greasy.

Chicken curry was disgusting, not even sure it was chicken to be honest. Certainly wasnt chicken breast which was asked for!!!

Recipes have changed - lemon chicken different to usual, much sweeter. Chilli beef was chewy & sauce bright red - not usually like this?! Lack of veg too. On the plus side food was really hot & soup was lovely. Please go back to original recipes!

Food was over cooked and wasnt nice to eat

Noodles were overcooked & dry and chicken tasted rubbery

The chef doesnt seem to be following the menu. I ordered dry spare ribs, they came in a sauce and were chewy. I ordered fry bean sprouts, they came in a gravy which isnt normal. They portion size of the Singapore noodles seems to have reduced with key ingredients such as prawns and pork missing. Not good and will think twice before I order again.

Usually love the food from here. But the munchy box we ordered dried out and cold this time it wasnt very tasty either. We will still order again from them as the food is normally amazing

The sauce for my meal (Cripsy shredded chicken in chilli and garlic sauce) was extremely thick and gloopy, the sauce before was never like this and the chicken was extremely tough and chewy
