Normally really enjoy their food but the beef was not nice at all and the sauce was way too strong.

Chow mein was inedible - a ridiculous amount of garlic had been put in it for some reason. Im not sure why that was done. It has never been like that before.

Absolutely shocking ! Uncooked chicken , dishes with not enough sauce and sauce thats like tar ! After speaking to the restaurant I was told over the phone I guarantee you the chicken is cooked and then hung up on me ! Absolutely terrible customer service

They forgot the egg & honey soy sauce. No point in contacting for just that. Disappointing, might have been good otherwise. Food was fine.

Ive always loved the food here, its always fresh. Easily the best chinese around which is why we pay £4 delivery. However lastnight it didnt show up until 2 hours after we had ordered.

Ive had takeaways from dragon house, but was very disappointed in my recent order, as the items of food where missing and did not receive them, so where did it go very strange as certainly i did not receive it, scoffable couldnt get in touch as it was closing time, so they got in touch today and dragon house will not give me a refund, they said it was sent, mmm if sent how can it get lost between dragon house and there driver, shocking. Very disappointed.

I got a mushroom curry it was awful, tasted sweet as if sugar has been added to it. After waiting 1hr 30 min I threw it in the bin

Soup wasn't very flavoured and neither were chilli chipsBut received extra prawn crackers and spring rolls so that helped make up for the lack of flavour

We like the Dragon House food, but they.are supposed to provide an order of free mini rolls with orders over £20. It seems like more and more lately they forget even if I remind them in the comments. This then ends up making our order smaller than anticipated. O would rather they just say we aren't doing it so I could order more food.

Absolutely disgusting service, customer service? What customer service vile attitude did the girl have on the phone! Confirmed 40 mins wait time when in fact arrived nearly two hours after ordering, food was soggy and Luke warm, and missing items again customer service absolutely disgusting to say the least! I will never order from again, and would recommend it to anyone else unless they want soggy chips, mushy chicken balls, sauce as thick as cement, missing items and bad customer service! Spent well over £40 to have that kind of service I would have been better with a meal deal from Asda! 🤢

Even with a 1 hour and 10 minute delivery time they were still 20 minutes late and I had to phone them to chase the delivery. Must do better

Very slow took over 30mins after the suggested 50mins wait time.Satay sticks were not as good and the rest was quite bland

I had waited just coming 2 hours on my food so I phoned the restaurant and the women and the phone said their had been an incident where it forced the restaurant to close, which I understand is out of their hands but they should have informed the customers to this instead of almost doubling the expected waiting time. When I phoned the women on the phone was rude.

Disappointed this time. There are garden slabs thinner than the pork in my curry. It was like chewing rubber. Very bad. Went in the bin ☹

Tough meat and tasteless food in general.

We ordered a munchie box and the chips were soggy and completely flavourless. The chicken was solid, the curry sauce was really sweet and everything was pretty cold when it came. Really disappointed and wont be ordering from dragon house again.

Starters were bland and did not appear to be seasoned properly, chips were obviously reheated from previous day. This is not the normal experience from this take away, food normally excellent.
