Incorrect meal delivered prawns instead of chicken . I have a severe allergy to prawns .

Ordered a large munchy box, as always. Got an email saying that it will take up to two hours to get my order since it was Friday evening and they were super busy. Called their number and asked is it true. Super nice man informed me that unfortunately yes this is the case. We've had a nice chat and I said that I'll simply wait, it's fine. I don't know what happened , maybe the nice conversation we've had but the order appeared one hour later ans I was nicely surprised. To be honest their food is 100% the best in the region.

I had to wait 2 hours for my delivery but i was told this after i placed my order. This is obviously due to the current pandemic situation. I would not have found the timescale acceptable otherwise. Quality of the food was good except for the chips. These were very brittle and greasy as if they had been cooked, left and then cooked again

First time using this place well pleased good sized portions and very tasty only down side was the length of time it took but because of the circumstances just now not to bothered still great food 👍

Absolutely a joke to send food out to a customer , food was rotten , over cooked cold and out of date worst meals I have ever had ended up in the bin not fit for human consumption wouldnt feed it to my dog !!! Do not order waste of money !
