Marinared Chicken burnt and dry

Way too greasy this time and the shredded beef was not the best its been. Not going to use again.

Had the same selection 2 weeks ago, which was great. This time, I'm afraid it wasn't good . The crispy shredded beef was full of vinegar and the sauce was really watery. How come? Sorry Dragon House, some improvement required.

Ordered sweet and sour battered chicken and they didnt give us any sauce!!! This is our 2nd bad experience with the same restaurant. Decided to give it another chance after a recent disaster with missing items, poor quality food, long wait and leaking food containers! (We did receive an apology and 10% discount code which had expired before we decided to trust them again)... Food was actually okay this time around but difficult to eat such a dry meal. A waste of money again unfortunately!

Restaurant called to advise long wait and would we collect, when we said we were unable to collect and the time was fine they just hung up. The food was left in a box on the doorstep in the rain (I understand social distance but our food was wet!) When the food arrived there was 1/2 portion of rice loose inside the munchy box and not very much of anything else! Have used dragon house for years but recently quality of food and service has really suffered!

I specifically asked for no onions in a dish as i have an intolerance. The dish had onions through it but i didnt notice until half way through.

Food arrived cold, chips were soggy.

Came with a soggy fried rice that had too much water in it and the chilli and blackbean sauce had no flavour, couldn't taste any chili. The beef wasn't crispy as was described. I used to eat from here years ago, the place has gone downhill since then.

2v hor delay in getting food.

Chips were dry and had no salad or pepper, rice was soggy, chicken was definitely out the freezer and chicken balls were tasteless

Waited 1 and a half hours, when food eventually arrived it was almost cold, will not be using this takeaway again..

Ordered the same meal I get every time I go here and it was completely different. The noodles were like shop bought dry noodles and I cant describe what the sauce was supposed to be considering it is meant to come dry. Not impressed

Order turned up 50 minutes late and was warm not hot, disappointed!!!

Driver could not find my address therefore waited 2 hours for delivery

The food was 20 minutes late and cold.

Delivery was confirmed for 6.40 however did not arrive until after 7.15, seems some of the food has changed recipes also, I always order shredded chicken with chilli and peking sauce, normally a nice red colour and great taste however last night was not more a darker shade with lots of chilli seeds (never had that before) just didnt quite taste the same, also chicken wings more like legs!

I realise that Saturday is a busy shift and was not bothered about the hour and half for delivery but what was not acceptable was the food being freezing and congealed. Had to re-heat everything expect chips which had to be binned. Not good from my fav Chinese however they may have now lost a customer 😥

Whats the point of having a box to put about allergies etc if no one actually reads it?
