Usually have no issues with easy burgers.90 min wait which is usually standard and the quality is typically amazing. Worth the wait. However Chips were 100% old, had been sitting in a hot plate or something as they were over fried and stodgy. Burger was okay slightly burnt. Mozzarella sticks were good. Usually have zero issues at all. Was really disappointed and couldnt finish the chips or the burger. Barley made a dent.

Order was wrong, beef patties were cremated beyond belief there must be a cheese shortage also as there next to none on the burger the chips were freezing and my chicken wrap was a chicken burger

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and we are sorry to read you did not enjoy your food. Unfortunately we only do smashburgers which are different than regular burgers. It might seems for some like the patties were overcooked but that's not the case. As for the chicken wrap, unless it was made by mistake as chicken burger, our chicken strips are usually pretty large, so this could confusing sometimes. Hopefully you will have better experience next time, if you give as another chance.

Ill start off by saying the food cant really be faulted, been using the place a while now but the delivery times recently and inability to check orders before they leave the shop are beyond a joke! Tonight was the icing on the cake for me, 2.5hrs it took to complete my order (2 visits because of missing items) from a place thats only couple mile along the road. I get you can be busy but either hire more drivers or dont take orders!
