Order was not only wrong, but the food that did come was cold and needed reheated. After taking 90 minutes for delivery. Its a shame because when they get it right, the food is good but unfortunately, the order has been wrong more often than not. I did contact the restaurant and they offered to send out the correct order, I declined and asked for a refund as at that point it was quicker to just make food.

2nd time ordering food from here, to give the guy the benefit of the doubt as he was working on his own last time i ordered, and heard he had a delivery driver... yet again, the food came cold. It's a 1-2 minute car journey, and if i had to walk to get it, then it would be cold before i got home. The food is nice, but the fact they can't keep it fresh or warm is a big concern... i wont be ordering here again

was okay not the best ive had, got buffalo fries that were cold n drenched in sauce to the point it was actually sickening. got the filthy fries as well came with 1 patty n was pretty tasteless it was rush hour tho so could explain why it was cold? ntp thonot that it bothers me but gave a £2 tip aswell didnt seem very grateful

Ordered and 2h later the food came. Chips were cold and soggy. Item was missing but they brought it to us. Don't think I'll be back.

Ordered my food at 5pm, asking for it to be delivered at 8pm. Never turned up till 9pm, and has evidently been sitting in the shop for some time. Stale chips, burger lukewarm, rubbery mozzarella sticks. Worst experience Ive had here, utterly disgraceful performance. Really put me off.

First let me say this is the best takeaway. I'm a regular. But tonight was not good. Over an hour and a half late. I don't want to leave bad feedback becuase as I said it's a great place. But tonight.... Not great. At all. Very dissapointed

Waited 3 plus hours for two meals yesterday. The woman who answered the phone was very unapologetic and basically told me a driver had been sent away for the past 40 minutes so I would just have to wait even longer. Food was finally delivered at 11pm. Nobody was interested in it by that point.

Order was placed at 6pm to be delivered at 7pm, called at 7.15 to check on order and was told it was just being made and then was delivered around 8pm. One of the burgers wasn't fully cooked as pink bits where found inside burger so my wife wouldn't eat it.
