Greasy and inedible.

WFT was the beef brisket sandwich. That thing had the teaste and texture of pedigree chum

Food was cold unable to eat

Order took over an hour and a half. The time it said was an hour. When the order arrived it was cold and they had missed an item. They sent the item 3 hours later from original order which we had to throw out as it was stone cold. Would not recommend

The food was soggy and tasted awful and the cheese seemed off

food was good so was portion size

Good food. Could be a wee bit spicier but still enjoyed it.

I got the burrito, but I also ordered chips and there were none with my order. £17.50 for a burrito is ridiculous. This was the first time I ordered from El Pollo Ali, but I will not use them again.Disappointed. Julian.
