Food was top quality only downfall missing can juice from the meal deal but did not take away the quality from food

Cajun pasta was horrible as well as the service when I phoned to see where my order was as I was working and it was late, the lady on the phone was rude. Only edible part of that meal was the garlic bread. Been working a 15 hr shift and hadnt eaten since 7am and wasted the rest of my money on that so now wont be able to have something to eat until 3 am when I get off work. Never ever buying anything from here again. Dont understand how a business that is that terrible is still up and running.

We found tooth picks in my childs food

Waited longer than expected for delivery for it to come and have items missing and the food only be lukewarm

Beef nachos were very dry n there was only a wee bit topping on the top . 6. 50 for that i wont be ordering out of there again

Order arrived after 1hr 25 min and was cold, tried to reheat but went rubbery.Not the usual tasty food from Ali's Takeaway tbh, as quesadilla's were very greasy ant tasteless.

Great service first time ordering from here. order came piping hot and really fresh. so was really happy with quality and quantity of food. Will defo be ordering again. Keep it up

Ordered the chimichangas, chips wasn't stated on the description so ordered chips on the side but when it arrived it came with chips so the portion of chips was both a waste of money and food as wasn't eaten. Id also recommend it came with fries/frozen chips instead of chippy chips, if I'd of known it was chippy chips I wouldn't of ordered an additional portion of chips....just my personal preference. The chimichangas was nice tho, but would of preferred no peas.

The nachos were burnt to the bottom of the dish and were so dry they were inedible.The quesilldas were not tasty and had peas and sweetcorn in them, the salad was missing.The chicken kebab was nice but there wasnt much to it abd also had the salad missing.

I usually order from this takeaway, but after today I will no longer be ordering from here again. Not only was there an item missing from the order when we got it, but there was also a bug in our food. We then tried to let the staff know about this and get our money back, however, the staff were rude and aggressive towards my partner and tried to say it was us who put it there..🙄 Horrible experience

Waited 2 hours for delivery the food came and the loaded fries where chip shop chips with some bbq sauce and chicken , The nachos where completely black burnt honestly I wouldnt order again

The quesadilla and chimichanga were lovely, would recommend avoiding the nachos at all costs as the nachos were put through an oven after being assembled and the nachos themselves were burned to a crisp - Went straight in the bin.

Food took around 2 hours to arrive (over an hour after the expected arrival time). When i called they told me that the delivery drivers didn't even start until the arrival time i was given and that my order would be leaving in 5 minutes (i called 20 minutes after my arrival time and the order hadn't even left yet). It was a further 45 minutes until my food arrived and when it arrived it was cold. Worst service I've ever had from a take away. Won't be ordering again.
