the food took 2 hours to arrive, ended up not even being mexican food and insanely bland. also how does 'chilli with nachos' translate to a soggy bowl of chips with cheese, jalapeos and a sprinkle of unseasoned mince???

Food was cold unable to eat

Order took over an hour and a half. The time it said was an hour. When the order arrived it was cold and they had missed an item. They sent the item 3 hours later from original order which we had to throw out as it was stone cold. Would not recommend

I got the burrito, but I also ordered chips and there were none with my order. £17.50 for a burrito is ridiculous. This was the first time I ordered from El Pollo Ali, but I will not use them again.Disappointed. Julian.

Ordered chilli con carne with rice it was absolutely terrible didn't even taste of chilli and was as dry as a bone

My food was cold the chips and pizza not happy at all and never got my slush with my order, the delivery driver was nice enough but really not happy

This place isnt a mexican as it claims to be. The beef for the chimichanga was thick and tough and just not nice and we ordered beef nachos but it didnt taste like beef, tasted more like donner meat so we didnt end up eating them. And we've both woken up with sore stomachs today - definitely won't be ordering again.

Unfortunately food took quite a while to come. The menu didnt specify the chilli came wrapped in bread and we ordered it (we are allergic to bread) the actual chilli itself was nice but the tortilla chips where hard and soggy at the same time, tasted stale. What a shame bexause chilli was lovely.

Waited 2 and a half hours and it was terrible First time and last time order in one

Sooooo gutted everything was cold, called the shop to be told my order was on its way, it didnt arrive until 30 minutes later, I was hoping it was a wee lie and my food would arrive hot, but unfortunately not. Also waited nearly 2 hours, we love the restaurant and will order again, but thought I would leave feedback on this occasion.

Cajun pasta was horrible as well as the service when I phoned to see where my order was as I was working and it was late, the lady on the phone was rude. Only edible part of that meal was the garlic bread. Been working a 15 hr shift and hadnt eaten since 7am and wasted the rest of my money on that so now wont be able to have something to eat until 3 am when I get off work. Never ever buying anything from here again. Dont understand how a business that is that terrible is still up and running.
