Nice and warm think they have worked on delivery time issue will order again

Waited over 2 hours when told 30 min had to go else where. Trying to get refunded

I placed an order at 4pm to be delivered by 7.10pm, 3 phone calls and a wrong delivery later at 9pm we got our single pizza. It was COLD, we had to heat it up before it could be eaten! I understand they were understaffed and couldn't cope with demand and yet they were still accepting orders on Scoffable. This is the 3rd time they have been more than an hour late for us, we have given them benefit of the doubt first 2 times. Not anymore! We will NOT use them again and do NOT recommend them at all.

Enjoyed the meal but my pizza was missing chicken and mushroom. However it was very tasty.

Two hours to for a pizza order for it to only be cold.

The food came later than expected. I had to phone to see what was going on and i feel like because I phoned, they actually got it out. Food was the warmest either

Order was over 2 hours late, food was cold could not eat it, the suborbital for ice cream was cookies which was cold also.

I wouldve said great of my milkshake was thick enough because it felt like it was a half done job because last time o ordered the Nutella milkshake it was phenomenal but today just tasted like plain milk. Please do better.

Love these pizzas, consistently taste fabulous, fresh and hot. Build it salads are a great addition!

Was cold to the touch then cut it open and nothing inside was cooked not even the cheese was melted had to put it in the air fryer to finish cooking as I was not willing to phone and wait another hour for my kids dinner! Never again will we order from here as no everyone has an upset stomach that ate it!
