Cold when delivered

The toppings were the usual good quality but the base was almost no existent, very thin to the point I couldnt pick it up without it collapsing. Tasted ok though😁

Once I made my order it gave me the email saying up to an hour, once it had pasted the hour I tried contacting them by phoning which it wouldnt let me then had to message on Facebook to find out they were short staffed. Once the order came nearly 2 hours after ordering we were missing an item which took a further hour to come which was after their close time

Ordered at 1am, delivery said 50 minutes but didn't arrive until 3am. Pizza was burnt and was like chewing cardboard.

Arrived an hour late, missing drink a when I called to ask they said they are busy because of closing, then why accept my order in the first place?!

Didnt deliver food

Pizza arrived hardly warm, quite stale as if it had been left out or something, massive let down. The can of juice I got with my order was the best part.

Took so long to come and pizza is like eating cardboard. Waste of calories!!!!

Delivery took almost 2 hours and food was inedible when it arrived.Refund was requested but refused by the company.Disgusting attitude and no customer service.

waited over three hours for my food to come nothing arrived, tried phoning the shop rang out a few times then went straight to busy. very unprofessional from a business will not be ordering again.

Waited over 3+ hours not worth

Order at 1 am arrived at 4am i did get a free pizza but already made something to eat and was in bed when it came food was look warm the guy said something about the driver and he had to make it him self and then deliver it just found the full expense a bit odd would have raler they phoned and just cancelled it or picked up when i tryed to phone so in short the order arrived 2 and a half hour after shop shut food looked nice lol

The wedgies were hard and the pizza was terrible never again will i order from here

Nitemare ! Waited 2 and a half ours for my order aye called 3 times time after time they said was on its way , can of colas for compensation ! Food was freezing and under cooked and wrong size pizza !

Order did not arrive

Order once again wrong.Disgusted at being asked to pay half the price to have a new pizza sent out due to them not reading what was and wasnt ment to be on the pizza to then be told that they are busy so if I hadnt received a new one in the next 2hrs to then call and remind them! Absolute shocking response and a way to treat a customer who had quite often bought from there. That will be my last time I order from them. Really sad as we had enjoyed our meals greatly from here previously

Took 2hrs, pizza was poor & missing items from order

I was told it would be an hour, food turned up only after i called them at the hour 45min mark. By that point the milkshake, was just milk and the pizza's were warm at best. A shame as the place is usually on point.

Fair enough they swapped our toppings but they forgot our dips and took no responsibility for it. Expected us to be happy because we got a pizza deal on scoffable even though pizza was thinner. Also they had no solution to fix the dip situation and just expected us to forget it. Yeah was only dips but as a customer we ordered them and paid for them so we were entitled to get them.

Ordered 4 pizzas and all of them were burnt. Was very disappointed given every other time we have ordered they have been amazing. Wouldnt have minded as much if it were 1 pizza being over done as accidents do happen but for the whole order to be like that is just unacceptable. Need to be doing a quality control before delivery. Will order again and hope its back to its usual great taste or that will be it for us unfortunately.
