Pizza arrived hardly warm, quite stale as if it had been left out or something, massive let down. The can of juice I got with my order was the best part.

Order at 1 am arrived at 4am i did get a free pizza but already made something to eat and was in bed when it came food was look warm the guy said something about the driver and he had to make it him self and then deliver it just found the full expense a bit odd would have raler they phoned and just cancelled it or picked up when i tryed to phone so in short the order arrived 2 and a half hour after shop shut food looked nice lol

Nitemare ! Waited 2 and a half ours for my order aye called 3 times time after time they said was on its way , can of colas for compensation ! Food was freezing and under cooked and wrong size pizza !

Order once again wrong.Disgusted at being asked to pay half the price to have a new pizza sent out due to them not reading what was and wasnt ment to be on the pizza to then be told that they are busy so if I hadnt received a new one in the next 2hrs to then call and remind them! Absolute shocking response and a way to treat a customer who had quite often bought from there. That will be my last time I order from them. Really sad as we had enjoyed our meals greatly from here previously

I was told it would be an hour, food turned up only after i called them at the hour 45min mark. By that point the milkshake, was just milk and the pizza's were warm at best. A shame as the place is usually on point.

Fair enough they swapped our toppings but they forgot our dips and took no responsibility for it. Expected us to be happy because we got a pizza deal on scoffable even though pizza was thinner. Also they had no solution to fix the dip situation and just expected us to forget it. Yeah was only dips but as a customer we ordered them and paid for them so we were entitled to get them.

Ordered 4 pizzas and all of them were burnt. Was very disappointed given every other time we have ordered they have been amazing. Wouldnt have minded as much if it were 1 pizza being over done as accidents do happen but for the whole order to be like that is just unacceptable. Need to be doing a quality control before delivery. Will order again and hope its back to its usual great taste or that will be it for us unfortunately.

Base couldn't have been any thinner and hardly any sauce making it very dry. Not very generous with the toppings. Maybe shouldn't have gone for the buy one get one free deal and maybe they would have been more substantial?

Fireaway is a franchise offering genuine Neapolitan pizzas stone backed, our base is thin than the local takeaway's do. We measure and weigh every topping as per the standard. I placed an order at 4pm to be delivered by 7.10pm, 3 phone calls and a wrong delivery later at 9pm we got our single pizza. It was COLD, we had to heat it up before it could be eaten! I understand they were understaffed and couldn't cope with demand and yet they were still accepting orders on Scoffable. This is the 3rd time they have been more than an hour late for us, we have given them benefit of the doubt first 2 times. Not anymore! We will NOT use them again and do NOT recommend them at all.

Order was over 2 hours late, food was cold could not eat it, the suborbital for ice cream was cookies which was cold also.
