The takeaway I've had in Scotland I've been here 17 months the chips was greasy and the chicken was over done like it was warmed up and was here in 15 minutes

Terrible and insulting behaviour by the staff member. Two items were missed from the order but were on the receipt and paid for. When telephoned I was told at first told that they hadn't been ordered when told they were on the order form and on the receipt and had been paid for I was told that I should have used the app, when told that the app was used he then said the app was wrong.A most distasteful conversation in which I was insulted by the staff member. I will never use this place again.

The chips were soggy, and the pizza was saturated in so much sauce that all the toppings and cheese slid off the second you picked up a slice. Only ate 2 slices of bread and sauce before giving up on it.
