Usually very nice fromnhere this time everytging was cold even the cheese on the chips didnt melt

Never had food from here this bad. The chips and dinner meat were cold, not even warmth in them to melt the cheese

Love the food, but 2 hours for a delivery at opening on a Sunday is unacceptable. The last order I placed was well over 1.5 hours also, which I thought was a 1 off.

Waited over an hour then it eventually arrived, went to see my grandson a little while later to see how his pizza was he had ate one slice and couldnt eat anymore as it was burnt on the bottom and the cheese was over cooked. I would have sent it back if I had noticed it earlier.

Because i ordered my food at 8:19 and it said it will delivered in 50 and it said it would be here at 9:09 and it was past and it arrived round about 9:45 9:50 almost 10:00 the driver never even said sorry for taking long I was waiting more than 50 minutes shocking Im pretty sure I should get my money or something

Food was cold and had to be reheated in microwave. Sauce had completely soaked into the pitta bread so it must have been sitting for quite some time. We realised that the guy who delivered it had to be from the takeaway itself rather than a delivery driver as he was still wearing an apron which has to be a hygiene issue.

I ordered a kebab which was supposed to come with pitta salad and a sauce . After waiting 40 minutes ( which I didnt mind ) it arrived there was no salad or sauce all that was there was chicken in pitta .Most disappointed .When I phoned to complain I was politely told that I didnt order salad or sauce .I replied it was advertised kebab with pita salad and sauce . I was then in formed that they would send it out to me .I waited a further 15 minutes for it to be delivered .My meal was frozen by the time I eventually got it .GILLS STICK TO FISH AND CHIPS

The half pizza and the special fish were over cooked. Unable to eat the pizza and the fish coating couldn't be eaten. Usually the food is excellent

Food was good however the delivery time was expected to be 1 hour but was over 1.5hr wait, will probably put me off using again

This has always been a lovely takeaway but when I got a takeaway last night it was too quick on delivery as they always take an hour to arrive, the chips where burnt, prob re-heats and the pizza was also burnt.. for the prices they charge youd expect nice Unburnt reheated food!!
