Waiting time Was scheduled for 1 hour 20 min 👍after 1hour 30min I called to be told it was on its way Order arrived 39 min later The driver was ver polite and expressed his apologies for the delay The food was cold and inedible Didnt find it appropriate to call and complain

Mega late as always every time I have ordered will not be buying from here again

Pizza was shocking tonight.really disappointing!

Portion size is horrendous for the price of it. Wrong size if chips, hardly any toppins on the pizza. Balraj you getting a bonus if theres any donna meat left at the end of the night????

The chicken pakora was very hard, as if it had been constantly reheated.

The calzone was inedible. It was pickled with salt.

Food was cold and they advised as I stay close to the shop it would not of been cold well that was wrong because the food was freezing! Also very greasy I understand chippys are greasy food but this was beyond edible the whole point of a pizza crunch is for the batter to be crispy but what I received was soggy and went straight in the bin🤢

The kebab meat was cold and some bits of meat were all hard and un edable. Usually good food but unfortunately on this occasion it was not up to standard.

Ordered kids meal thats meant to come with a juice, the lady said she would drop one off when I asked about it, juice hadnt been dropped off and its not the first time thats happened. They need to pay more attention to the orders 🤔

Normally we love Gills food, ordered many times and received delicious food, however this order, for a regular portion of chips, there was hardly any chips, the carton that holds the chips were half empty.

It was honestly mediocre. Chips were really dry. Scampi wildly over-fried. Fish was alright but nothing special. Bit disappointing.

Food was terrible, hardly any food even there, phoned to tell them about the problem and they hung the phone up on me.

Something has went wrong with the chips so dry tasteless and the fish is nowhere as good as it used to be disappointing

Waited nearly 2 hours for delivery. Tried to call shop several times and couldn't get an answer, disappointed poor customer service

Sent the wrong pizza had to wait an hour and a half for another to be sent out

Firstly can I just say that we love Gills food. We order from them several times a month. Their chips and chicken Pakora are simply the best, however, my latest order was not up to scratch. The chips were awful, they were very dry and loads of crispy bits, the 7" munchie box was not worth the money, first and last time we will order that. As I said, normally love their food, but sadly not on this occasion.

Mozzarella sticks were solid and rock hard cheese was a big lump in middle of them and my son hated blue tango blast we had ordered cherry but were gave blue as cherry wasnt working With tonights order i was disappointed as usually everything is great with food and order but tonights order was way below usual standard even hoggie was quite cold when we got it

They bought normal coke instead of diet coke.
