Found a large piece of cooked plastic in with chips, called the shop to tell them this and everyone who had food was put off eating after and was offered a refund and another delivery sent, we refused the food as we got put off, they argued the case saying it will be fish, we knew for sure it was plastic, it was solid and large, they came out to get the plastic and sent more food after we refused but no refund, they then phoned back after seeing the plastic and couldnt be more apoligetic, but again no refund, we got offered £5 off our next delivery instead, will not be back after years off going here, simply because of the lack of respect not offering full refund after being giving the plastic and knowing 4 full meals got wasted.

Food is excellent but delivery always comes too soon. Asked for delivery around 8:30 as we had clubs to run about from and we all wouldnt be home by then for them to deliver at 7:50! Good had to go in oven and was dry by time we are it

The kebab meat was black and hard . Asked for an pita bread and paid at the door for this and didnt receive it . Shame as its normally great

Order all the time not up to much

Munchies box and chicken samosas were so spicy we couldn't eat them all the food was dry and couldn't taste it as it was so spicy also asked for mayonnaise and no other sauce or salad sent us salad and other sauces but no mayonnaise would not use them again food was inedable

I normally drive for my food but obviously not at the moment I cant believe you charge £2.30 delivery charge with whats going on in the world wont be doing that again

Meal took 2 hrs to be delivered

I have ordered from gills many times but today's service was terrible. Took nearly two hours to deliver two fish suppers. Phoned twice and got fobbed off we are just busy. Sorry two hours wait is ridiculous plus I am paying £2.30 delivery. When the food eventually arrived they were small and not the usual quality I get from gills. Think I will be going somewhere else in future!

Was told 50 min arrival time and Food arrived after 1 hr 20 mins and kebabs was cold

Was over a half an hour late, food was warm but when they say a time they should stick to it.
