Smoked sausage was good but my fritters were still raw not happy!!

Food was good. Forgot the sauce on one off the suppers.

Very seldom get a complete order from golden fry. Always wrong, missing items or very late. Consistency in service needs to be addressed.

I purchased home madesteak pie which clearly wasnt home made . It was disgusting clearly a frozen cheap shop bought alternative.Advertising as home made is very misleading

Delivery times shocking Customer service shocking Food cold

Regular customers and have left well deserved perfect reviews for lovely food. Last Monday however the boss lady was absent which for us lead to the quality being absent also. Parts of the order wrong, parts missing and a donner pizza with no donner, with a garlic bread base and spots of ketchup over it with cubes of raw cheese. A £20 disaster which I told I didn't want any food sent n i decided to 're order from another chippy which came as should and on time and as we expect.

Went to collect my order had to wait almost another 15 minutes for chips and in the process the pizza I had ordered was sitting getting cold not impressed at all. This is the second time in as many days I’ve had to wait there won’t be a third !

Pizza came, 16” pizza was squashed to one side of the pizza box. Pizza was cold.

Pizza over cooked hard n rubbery

Pizza base was non existent the filling had been slapped on or the driver drop the pizza. I usually get excellent service from here.

We usually get excellent meals from here but tonight our pizza base was non existent but huge crust also very greasey and the filling was all over the place.
