Waited over an hour and when food come it cold

Ordered a 10 inch pizza, came loaded with toppings, doesnt happen very often, and added a large bag of chips, again was totally loaded, doesnt happen very often either, definitely got my moneys worth with this order

Food is always great. Unfortunately there seems to be a trend of orders not being double checked and arriving to the customer incorrect. On this occasion a special fish was missing out of my order and I had to call to get it sent out separately due to the additional wait one of my visitors had to eat alone.

Most of the chips where all hard and the steak pie was soggy

My order took a while but when I realised my juice was forgotten with order. I stay maybe a 5 minute drive from the chip ship. I mentioned this to the driver that my juice was forgotten who apologised and said he would bring it up. He then returned 1 hour later after I had eaten my food. Food was good but unhappy with the service.

Allways happy with my order ,Need to do milk and some sugar and other things too ,I dont go out much and knowing if i need things like milk etc ,then I know where to order from
