This is the second time ordering a pasta meal deal for two and the second time we didn't get the garlic bread. The food was good but to miss something on the order twice is not great.

Fish were both full of bones. At least the dog enjoyed them

Plenty of choice, different boxes? The fish supper tried to escape through the bottom of the box, it's only the 2nd time I've microwaved my fish supper(1st time different takeaway) to heat it up, 2nd time my dinner ended up in the bin. Sorry, what's changed?

It was absolutely disgusting paid £7 for a chicken wrap and the chicken was burnt it wasnt even hot never again will I ever be ordering that again and your chips and half pizza was disgusting

When delivery driver came i thought the police where at the door rang door bell 5 times and started banging at the door waking my 3 year old, no need for it at 9pm on a wedensday night, also they got the order wrong

My food was over cooked. Usually the food is perfect.

Portion size was half what it normally is and was cold

They put my can of juice in the same bag as my food- seriously wtf

Food was cold and stale, extremely dissatisfied

Chips were like rubber and the amount of grease in the box from kebab was really bad

Really disappointed in last nights order! We waited ages for you to open back up and honestly wish I hadnt bothered. The kids meal was soggy and the mixed kebab was a big tub of grease, lamb was really tough and just overall disgusting. It didnt taste anywhere near what it did when we last got one just before you closed. Waste of money

As much as i enjoy what i order from the Golden fry, i am definitely looking to other places coz the delivery is very poor... my last order arrived 34 minutes after the estimated delivery time!!! And that was a Tuesday night...That's now been the case for the last 3 orders, Very disappointing...

Chips hard fish tasteless

I got the fresh fish tonight and I could not eat it it wasn't nice at all

I order from you all the time, and last night the food was terrible it was dripping in grease batter was soggy, it was a waste of money to be honest!!!, I also ordered to buttered rolls on which you substitute for burger buns wasnt impressed with that and you didnt even bother to butter them, if you didnt have any rolls left then I should of been notified and asked if I would like the burger buns instead.
