The food was cold and didnt taste nice

The Mexicana pizza had no spice or flavour to it at all. The pizzas were cold and the chicken on the Mexicana pizza had an unpleasant and manufactured/processed taste. Certainly didn't look or taste like chicken breast which is what I assumed would have been used. The veg were slightly under done but suppose it added some flavour. Quite disappointing as usually anything we order from here is spot on.

Ordered a plain hamburger roll and came with a cheese burger instead

My order was incorrect, not the first time regularly.

The chicken burger was like rubber, like it had been microwaved and chips were lukewarm. Not the usual high standard

Paid £30 for an order and the only things we enjoyed was the juice and the ice cream which they obviously didnt make. Never made pizza correctly so had to get another one delivered. Chips where absolutely stinking! Asked for extra sauce but the chips where as dry as an Arabs sandal. As for the haggis it was stuck to the box and it tasted like it had been sitting for hours or maybe days. It was absolutely howling! Called up and was told that the haggis was freshly cooked! (Aye good joke) This isnt the first time that they have forgotten things or the food isnt up to expectations. Seriously the worst haggis Ive ever ever tasted in my life.

Spaghetti was microwaved for definite tastes like plastic

Fish suppers were cold, hard and rotten tonight. Was like rubber and tasted terrible. Very disappointed

Took nearly two hour same village driver was given wrong address and food was cold

Absolutely terrible arrived 2 hours later freezing cold had to send it back & wait a other 45 minutes for other to arrive also cold . Very disappointed

Wrong pizza delivered ordered a Vesuvio got a Diavolo dont really like smoked sausage on a pizza so overall a waste of money..

The food was good but we paid for a tub of chilli sauce to go with the chips, cheese and donner meat and this was not included.Everything else fine - quick delivery as usual.

Steak pie was cold. First time Ive had the homemade steak pie. Not warm and wasnt the best to eat.

Onions added again to potato after specifically asking not to ,an smoje sausage was only fit for bucket ,dog wouldnt even eat it
