Got a pizza with mince on it but hardly any mince on so was very disappointed will not be back not impressed at all

Too salty baked potatoes hard and filling just thrown on top

Food took 2 hours to arrive and was cold when it finally did.

Sent me cheese on burger that specifically stated alergic to cheese as lacto intolerant

Half of the pizza topping was stuck to the box, and a previous order ommitted my juice but I was still charged for it!I think I'll just skip this chippy from now on

Order was wrong didnt get what I had asked for

Ordered a 16 donner pizza which got delivered without the donner meat or salad. The donner meat & salad was delivered around 15/20 minutes later by then the pizza & rest of the order which cost £23 was ruined.

Chips werent cooked properly, asked for loads off sauce n salt n got next to none.

Hour and a half wait on an ASAP, when it arrived, order was slightly wrong(£1.50 for a 500ml juice, sure I ordered the larger one?) had to be reheated

Wrap arrive cold, called to ask for replacement and was told this was wrapped last so shouldnt be cold, employee then went to speak to someone else who said it would be cold as there is cold salad in the wrap. Never mind the mixed messages from the employees, we have had this wrap before and it has never been stone cold like tonight, contacted Scoffable who were useless and advised to simply contend the vendor again. Rubbish service all round.

Took an hour and a half to come and was cold when it got here, The driver tried to give us stuff that wasn't ours and didn't seem to have a clue. Disappointing as service is usually good.

The scampi still had its entrails left in them, put me off straight away and the chips where dripping with grease and cold

Ordered a pizza and chips at 6.30 for a 7.20 delivery,we live in the same location. Eventually turned up at 8pm lukewarm food. Disappointing attitude from Scoffable along the lines of 'don't blame us we are just the intermediary'...Poor service all round.

1 fish supper & 1 single fish. Both were Luke warm. Batter was tough as if it had been lying around or reheated. Fish didnt seem fresh. Also large portion of ice cream was very very small for £3.99.

Fish was to well done. Batter was burnt. Also not very warm. Had better. Disappointed

The chips where dry and tasted as if they where reheated a throw them in the bin a wasn't impressed at all

Greasy, not cooked properly, took forever to come, not impressed and wouldnt recommend.
