Food late and cold wrong sauce delivered (not a major problem)

Asked for sauce separate and they sent my order covered in gravy, phoned up and they said they would send out a fresh one with no sauce waited an hour when I called back they said I had to pay a fee as apparently it gives you an option for no sauce when it clearly doesnt, the lass on the phone said it was definitely their mistake as she could see I requested sauce separate but they refused to fix their mistake not the 1st time this has happened

They got my order wrong. By the time what they missed was delivered I had had my main as it was going cold. This has happened here a few times from here.

Wrong rice arrived and it's gotta be the worst tasting breast of chicken ever , won't be bk

Waited two hours for delivery that they stated 50 mins for delivery . Called twice to be told it was in its way ! Food was soggy .won't I'll be back after this Experience

Food was full of taste and great portions but unfortunately wasnt the warmest

Frozen cold when it arrived.
