I waited 2 hours on my food to come phined at 1 hiur and they said it will be half a hour

Placed an order through scoffable, had confirmation email at 7.10 pm saying order had been confirmed.Waited 2 and a half hours for our order, then called to be told a further 30 to 40 minutes wait. Order arrived almost 3 and a half hours after being ordered. Food was ok delivery time was terrible :/

Chicken balls werent right at all

Food freezing, chicken hard, chips rank & rice tastes raw.

I think chicken was very rubber and still had fatty bits on it the chicken balls where mostly goey batter and the salt and chili munchy box was mostly covered in salt. Normally this is the best Chinese to use but tonight I wouldn't rate it at all

I ordered a delivery last night and it didnt arrive. Paid £12 for no reason. I get food delivered all time from here and this is the first issue I have had. Customer service is terrible as when I reported this they did not care and advised there was no issue. I will not be back here. Pleas be aware if you are ordering that this can happen. Absolutely appalled.

2 hours for delivery despite being quoted 45 mins and then the meals were poor taste and chicken chewy

Waited 2 hours for meal then when got it chips and rice were cold and ended up in bin

Food is great but it is probably better to collect as it took over 2hours for them to deliver

2 hours and 45 minutes to arrive and it was cold and chips were like chewits.We never get a bad meal out there normally.

Took 2.5 hours to get here, no communication to say it would be this long. Phone constantly ringing out so didn't know if they'd received the order successfully. Food was not worth the wait, all cold.

That was the worst Chicken Curry Ive ever eaten, watery bland food.Tasteless Pork Satay.Definitely wont be ordering anything from the Great Wall Whitburn again.

We ordered £45 worth of food for delivery, it was delivered hot and on time however there was an item missing and the BBQ sauce was more like water and tasted nothing like BBQ and looked more like syrup. When I called the restaurant to ask for the missing item the man who answered was very rude and and had a terrible attitude and told me he would get the missing item out eventually, when he had time. Meaning one of the meals was sitting going cold while waiting on the fried rice to go with the dish. I then told him I was going to be complaining to scoffable to which he replied go then, I dont really care and that it wasnt his fault I placed a big order then they were busy Shocking customer service and the food tasted average with the chips tasting and looking reheated atleast twice. AVOID!! Will never use this takeaway again.

2 hours 50 minutes for delivery against a quoted time of 1 hour 40 minutes! Had to chase on phone twice
