Food came absolutely frozen and not on time

The food seemed old... Bad fried rice, overcooked and oily battered balls, and the chicken was overcooked and dry/old. The sauces were fine but didn't really save the food. Not worth the £20. Delivery was extremely fast but let down by the food.

Ribs were cheap half ribs.Special frud rice no egg on top

The noddles was like mush! Way over cooked!! Very disappointing.

I have reported this food to the food standard agency. I suspect the beef in the beef curry wasnt beef and when i enquired they immediately sent me a chicken replacement that wasnt cooked

Chicken balls were pink inside and had to put them in air fryer to cook before eating

2hours for it to be delivered and it was below cold when arrived. Phoned shop talk about order n guy was very rude

Far too hot to eat tounges were numb went in the bin. We can handle spice but that was a box full of chilli flakes was ridiculous

The curry was shocking more like soup the chicken was the tiniest of bits and the chowmein mush wont be back

I have always used the Great Wall no issues but tonight the chicken was awful & certainly did not taste like chicken. Really disappointed

my prawn and sesame fried toast was so tiny and thin it was an actual joke there was no prawns whatsoever. Also my chicken and cashew nut came with onions and peppers and u understand theyre not going to specify every ingredient but ive never had chicken and cashew nuts dish with those ingredients do wouldve been nice to know beforehand as i dont like them.

Although the food arrived quickly and before the estimated time it was disappointing and dissatisfying! In the 7 munchie box the chicken wings seemed to have very little chicken actually on them, the salt and chilli chicken bites were greasy and not very nice! The chips were soggy and the bag they came in ripped as taking it out the delivery bag due to the grease and condensation! The sauces were watery and definitely not what we expected! Only thing that was worth it was the rice and chicken curry!

Great wall? Nothing great about it, place has went down hill since I last ate here, I am now lying with a hot water bottle on my stomach. Can't even make it into work. Avoid if you don't want to be ill

Cold soggy onion rings and spring rolls. Munchie box. Chicken balls were disgusting. So greasy and chewy. Chicken could have cooked a bit longer. £55 for a family of 4. I absolutely wont buy from there again.

Will never order again from here lucky a got refund throu scoffable. The food is disgusting

Prices were far too high for the small amount of food we recieved £25 for 2 munchy boxes that had barely 6 chips shocking

Food was cold on arrival.All currys were very watery and flavourless. The chicken in the curry was cheap frozen cube chicken. Wasnt impressed at all.

Terrible food.Watery sauces, awful oily rice, sent some wrong items, some of it smelled off.Put in a complaint through Scoffable and the restaurant responded with thats how we make it and no-one else complained.Terrible food and terrible customer service

Ordered at 11pm, came in 30 mins which was quick however the quality of food reflected that. Curry sauce was very watery. Thai caramel chicken was so chewy and next to no sauce it was very dry. Chips were overcooked too, most at the bottom were burnt. Could tell it was a rushed job prior to closing. Put it all in the bin, not happy
