Chips tasted like they had been recooked and the beef and mushroom sauce was tasteless

3 hours 20 for delivery and was terrible when it arrived. Really poor

Was disappointed to wait over 3 hours for our meal to be delivered when originally quoted 60-90 mins which then was updated to 2 hours.We phoned around the 2 hour 15 mark to be told it was in kitchen and it would be another half hour (which was actually an hour) The food was fine, and at the moment I appreciate its a busy time and I generally do expect to wait longer than usual, however over 3 hours is pushing it and would have been rectified by calling to say order was delayed or simply apologising for the wait when we called.

Sweet n sour chicken was soggy, bbq spare ribs were tough, bathed in grease, not bbq sauce

Over 2 hour wait. On the plus side food was fresh and hot

I fully understand that things are different just now but I ordered at 18.10 through scoffable. Asked for it to be delivered around 19.40 and didn't receive it till 21.00 😠

It was a 2 hour wait for a delivery 5 minutes down the road.

3 hours for delivery.Promised a call back. Got nothing.Avoid

The shredded beef was tasteless. The sesame prawn toast was wafer thin and tiny and hard hardly any prawn paste. The satay sauce was like a watery gravy and was not spicy. The fried rice was burnish. The green peppers were the only nice part of the meal.

Food wasnt great

Waited over an hour and a half. Food wasnt very warm and very salty. Very disappointed.

Delivery time is shocking. Ordered at 6.30 for delivery at 7.30 had to phone up and eventually got it at 8.15

The food was delivered 30 minutes after the estimated time (which was already an hour and ten minutes), when it arrive it was cold also.

That was disgusting....chicken fried rice...could have fried an egg in the grease from it and the chicken was all clumped together lift one bit it all lifted, Chicken balls where extremally dry Salt and chilli chips where over cooked and greasyChow main had a puddle mixture of grease and sauceThe king prawns looked as bad they smelt and got binned Even the crackers where thin mis shaped and greasy But hey Spring rolls where nice 🤣 first and last tine ordering thats for sure i will be sticking to the golden bowl.

First time we have ordered from here and sorry to say it will be the last, batter on peking ribs was so undercooked they were awful, curry was very sweet which was very unusual, sorry but I must be honest here.
