Almost 2 hours for delivery 🤔Hardly any meat in the meal and on the ribs, too salty, very greasy. Not a good experience, disappointed.

I normally wouldn't complain about the fact that the food arrived early, but i booked a specific time slot for a reason. I wasnt home. I received a call 20 mins before my time slot to advise the delivery driver was outside my house.Whilst i appreciate he waited for me to return, by the time i got my food it was luke warm. Also the bbq sauce was more like syrup and had no bbq taste whatsoever. The chicker bites were dry, chips had went soggyI normally enjoy my experience from here, but this has put me of from buying again. Quite disappointing

Very dry and poor quality for the amount

Ordered and asked if they could substitute chips for rice, was called and told firmly no.When order arrived, I didnt have any chips! Not amused

Was all very cold after waitinh 1 and a half hours for delivery and me or my kids thought their was s weird taste from the fried rice. Wont be ordering anytime soon

It took almost 3 hours for the delivery. We called them and they said that they are really busy and didnt seem to really care that we had been waiting so long. Food arrived and it was cold. Will not be using them again.

I understand that weekends can be busy but my order was nearly two hours and when it eventually arrived it wasn't the correct order, I'll leave it as it is for now as i wasn't charged extra or less, but i didn't receive what i really wanted which is a disappointment as this takeaway is usually very good

Chicken was over cooked and hard batter was to crispy to get my knife through

Absolute disgusting customer service from them called due to wrong order too I be told its correct the kitchen aside its correct. Did not get anywhere with him until I said I would come in with the full order for a full refund then they decided to send correct item. Will not use them again disgusting manners and food was disgusting as well

Very late in getting delivered & ribs were cold

Waited over 90 minutes for delivery, when food did arrive the chow mein was over cooked (soggy noodles) and it was cold. First and last time I will order from here

Over an hour for delivery for me to phone and them to tell me it hasnt even been started for prep. Was given no notice other than me phoning and there was no apologies at all
