On a whole food was pretty tasteless

will definitely not be back, food was cold, also took about 1 hour 40 minutes to come. chips, chicken everything, FREEZING

2 hour for my food and it wasnt worth the 2 hour wait

We often frequent the Great Wall and enjoy the food. However on Saturday past we used scoffable to order a meal online for delivery. We ordered at 6.50pm and eventually phoned up to check on order around 8.10pm.We were told it would be at least another 40 mins as th were busy!! We ended up picking food up ourselves about 8.40pm. I didn't know if it was just that they were busy or that they had lost or not picked up the order. Unfortunately from now on we will just pick up ourselves as obviously much quicker!

Was Told an hour and a half for delivery. I called after 2 hours to be told order not even been made yet . I asked to speak to someone in charge and was given a delivery driver to speak to who was very rude and patronising. Not apology for our wait or anything . After 3 hours order turned up and I turned it away as we were passed it as had to wait so long . Not the usual service we get from here . We were regular customers and we wont be ordering from here again as the service and customer service last night was shocking .

Disgusting couldnt even eat it

The fried rice and foo yung were so salty that they were both in edible also 2 cans of coke were forgotten on delivery and had to wait a further 30 mins for them I had already waited 1 and a 1/2 hours for first delivery, wont ever be ordering again

Not what I have been used to from Great Wall, more sauce then meat and very sweet, not enjoyable.

found a bug in my food, at first only offered a full refund if the food was untouched then after providing pictures of proof i was only offered half my money back. wouldn't advise ordering from there

Delivery time to long

Worst Chinese food ive ever tasted, special chow mein was just slop and tasteless, Peking spare ribs omg thick soggy batter just disgusting! And we waited an hour and a half for it to get delivered. Definitely won't be getting from here again!!

Delivery time was estimated at 1 hour 20 minutes which on a Saturday night seems fair. However it took, 2 hours and 20 minutes. The food was lukewarm when it arrived. Very disappointed.

Curry was nice but ribs were terrible with all that batter on them and delivery time was awful.

Took nearly 2 hours for one 10" munchie box
