My order took and hour and a half to come! I ordered a chow mein dish but received a rice dish!

After all the hype I've heard about how good the Great Wall was I thought I'd give it a try and was disappointed. Chicken Satay skewers were dry. Rice not very nice chicken curry tasteless. Prawn crackers tasted chewie like they were old Will stick to my normal from now on was just a shame they were closed last night.

Took an hour and a half and the food was fairly cold and super dry. Waste of money 😓

Chicken Curry & Chicken fried rice was OK. Deep fried beef in honey chilli sauce was awful, beef & sauce served separately? Prawn toast was greasy. Carton of bbq sauce was greasy, runny and resembled dirty dishwasher! BBQ ribs were slightly cold and felt like they had been microwaved. They had little to no meat on them & sauce was watery & greasy.! Overall a very disappointing experience and will not be ordering from this establishment again.!Gutted that we spent close to £30 and binned most of the food!

Wasnt the best Ive had, though ribs were ok.

Good was all good, so no issues there but we ordered 4 cans of juice which we had to ask the delivery driver for or he wouldn't have gave us any. He didn't have them, said he would be back in 5 mins with them. 20 mins later we had finished eating by the time the cans showed up. Shame because meal was good but this spoiled it.

Food wasnt great

I got the wrong noodles and the wrong curry and they never brought my juice took well over a hour

It took 1 hour and 40 minutes to come, curry sauce was cold, my can If irn bru was warm

Ordered a 10" munch box and only got a 7" munch box and got charged for a 10".

wrong order twice, chips look like left overs wont b ordering again

Chips were cold and cardboard tasting beef chow mein wasn’t too good either and cold

Ordered 19.56 everything was ok Received email 19.57 saying estimate delivery 1 hour 21.30 phoned Great Wall to see what was happening with delivery as it was 30 minutes past estimated delivery (not happy) arrived 5 minutes after phoning It would have been nice to have been told that our delivery was taken longer than expected

Delivery was slow (took about 80 minutes, which was well beyond the 45 on the website, although, they did update to 70 minutes as soon as the order had been placed). The crispy shredded chicken was cold, tough and inedible, the chow mien lacked any flavour and it wasn’t possible to tell the difference between chicken or mushroom’s. This used to be one of our favourite takeaway’s but, nothing we have had recently has been any good.
