Food was terribly dry and bland. Waited well over an hour (was advised it would take this long), was not worth the wait. Will not order again

Quick service but food was poor, was tasteless and unlike any chicken satay I've had elsewhere. Not worth the money on this occasion.

Order was incomplete, juice was missing, waited 45 minutes for delivery of the juice, by which time the food was finished

Not disappointed with the food..more the length of time i waited..ordered at 7.40..email at 7.41 saying approx 50 mins to wait..called 64 mins later to be told another 10-15 mins to wait..its wednesday night and im waiting 1hour and 20 mins for a delivery..thats a bit much..no apology or extra offered not so good customer service

Ordered a ham omelette for collection just before closing time - picked it up, time i got home and realised the portion was less than half its usual size, the shop was closed with no opportunity to complain. Will NEVER be back after this

Food was very poor

Chicken curry was nice,however the chips where over cooked,tasted as if they where reheated,,sorry

Food was not an hour but 2 hours as they were busy. When called adived they were just cooking it and it would be there soon. When it did arrive it was cold so I don’t have a clue how!

wasn’t impressed with food won’t be using again

the rice was hard and cold and the noodles were greasy

2 hours to receive it, and when I phoned no apology was given and I had to repeat my address at least 3 times!! The food was just warm when we got it.

Ordered sweet and sour for my elderly grandmother and received what I think was sweet and spicy. Could not be eaten due to spice

Waited 3 hours for delivery, when it arrived it was cold. I didnt enjoy it at all and neither did my kids most of it went in bin.

Hardly any sauce, was dry as anything
