Waited 2 hrs for my food. When it came it was stone cold, ended up in the bucket and was a waste of £18

Waited over 2hrs for delivery then it was not very warm when I got it will never use again

Love the food and good portions

The waiting time on delivery is bad.Batter on perfectly cooked chicken balls,need cooked longer. Chips too burnt.Both sauces sweet and sour no sweetness just vinegar.Honey chilli sauce too watery and lack flavour.Overall food good would be great if fixed above ..

Food was over 30 mins late to the stated delivery time. Food was warm not hot, so was ok

This was my first time of ordering from The Great Wall but it wont be my last. Portions were more than adequate,so much so I have enough for two meals. This means great value for money. Delivery was prompt, within30 minutes of receiving confirmation.

Meal was lovely but had to put in microwave as was cold. Delivery was very slow but quality of food was good. This made up for it being late and cold.
