Food changed, more pasta less chicken! You pay good money. You should get a proper meal.

Not very much in the munchie box compared to our Chinese shops at £11 pound I would have expected more in it chips where soggy

Food was great but waited from 7:30 until 10pm for dinner. Wasted night waiting for dinner.

Was told 1hr after 1 1/2 hours I phoned they said it was just cooked and would be delivered next. When it arrived it was the wrong order. Phoned again they redone my order. Will not recommend this fast food outlet. I think you know why!!!!!

Been a loyal customer and after entering the wrong door number (genuine mistake) got spoken to like absolute crap on the phone and told my problem so was out of pocket for food i didnt get. Wont ever be back

2 hour delivery wait for the order to be wrong. Drove down myself to get it changed as i wasnt waiting on the snails pace drivers

I ordered a Thai red curry and it was disgusting. It was brown in color and it tasted of a tub dish of pure salt. I will never buy one again from the Great Wall. I also suggest they taste before they serve.

Waited 2 hrs for my food. When it came it was stone cold, ended up in the bucket and was a waste of £18

Disappointed as the meals are usually good but todays was pretty bad. Hoping this is a one off as usually good. Delivery was good.

Delivery was 30mins later than stated and the meal was cold. No repeat business from me.

Absolutely ridiculous delivery service we received, 2 hours and 15 minutes for a delivery, phoned and got told the driver had left with it 30 minutes later still no food had arrived will never ever be back wait time is absolutely shocking didnt even want the food after waiting over 2 hours for it
