Ordered 19.56 everything was ok
Received email 19.57 saying estimate delivery 1 hour
21.30 phoned Great Wall to see what was happening with delivery as it was 30 minutes past estimated delivery (not happy) arrived 5 minutes after phoning
It would have been nice to have been told that our delivery was taken longer than expected
