the worse food i have ever tasted was put straight in the bin (ended up having to cook as food put in the bin booked to arrive at 8pm arrived 8.40pm

Just an hour and a half later than they said it would be delivered was ment be an 1 hour 2 and a half hours 🙃

Joke my order took nearly 3 hours to arrive will never use again

There was 7 chips in my munchie box I do not recommend

Took over 3 hours for delivery after phoning after 2 hours they said u can cancel if u want? Not very professional

Food was well over an hoyr and a half late. Chicken in batter was not cooked long enough and was more batter in batter as only 1 very small piece of chicken.

Took over 2 goits ro come and when it eventually came it was so greasy and soggy

Tiny tubs of sauce made part of the meal very dry, full size ones would have made it a great meal

Was told delivery would be a hour but Waited 2 hours for my order.Chips were crispy like crisps.Curry sauce was runny.

Food wasnt very warm, sauces (curry an sweet and sour) both watery and tasteless. Was just ok

Chicken curry was left spilt and food was cold

Over 2 hours for delivery and promised to phone me back with a time and didnt bother .phoned 25 times either engaged or didnt answer

The order was fine it was the delivery time it took nearly 2 hours

Only reason it didn't get a terrible is because my mum's food was good. She got pork, myself and neice got chicken that tasted disgusting like it was pre packaged chicken that's been precooked when supplied she got chicken curry I had chicken in batter. Won't order from here again. Poor quality and waste of money when I buy a takeaway I want it to taste better than I can cook was more like a bush tucker trial from I'm a celebrity the after taste was vile.

Waited 2 hrs

Very slow service. Ordered at 5.30 for delivery. Phoned at 7.20 for an update and told it would be a further 40 mins. Rude manager too

Cold and chips were undercooked

Waited almost 3 hours the food came and it was still cold

Delivery time was notified as 1.5hrs and was an hour later. 2.5 hrs for a delivery!

Food was 20 minutes late, cold and only half full, didnt even taste nice, would not recommend

Ordered a special chow mein, it was horrible!

Food was cold, noodles were mushy and chicken had more salt than batter 🤦🏻

Absolutely frozen and was delivered late

Quite disappointed tonight after a few food takeaway from here it came and the chips were like rubber. Chow mein didnt taste great and every meal had to be microwaved as it was cold.
