Food is usually good but got 2 mixed shawarma kebabs the chicken in these were inedible massive chunks but basically fat. If only you could post a photo in here was disgusting.

Never order from here ive ordered so many times they forget something alot mostly the drinks eat your food without a drink till they come back to you im not ordering again

This was not value at all on menu i added chips and never got them and was told altho on my order i wasnt getting them the rice was burnt and in clumps just not n8ce

Never recived 2 chips with burger box and the chicken burgers was dry as can be

The burger was RAW and frozen.!! Called them and was passed to 3 people and that was around 5pm this is now 21:59 and still waiting on refund and call back.!!!!

The calzone was dry and no cheese inside with dinner meat.The wrap was not even rolled it was just squashed together with no kebab sauce I asked for . Fir first time I was not impressed

We even tried from shop number to make sure you pick up the call and was not attended. After 30 mins of wait, we have to bring the food back and waited for you to call us back so we can resend it again. Soggy wraps, old mushy salad, horrible pizza that tasted like it was 3 for £1 from Iceland. Bizarre calzone with strange stuff on the outside and the tiniest portions of soggy chips. Total waste of money as most of it went in the bin. Worst takeaway Ive had in a long time.

I was advised the order would take 40 minutes this took an hour and 10 minutes. When the food arrived the wrap tasted lovely however the chips were cold and soggy and as part of the order I asked for juice which wasnt in the bag. The wrap was nice but due to the other issues and other options in Falkirk I dont think I would order again.
