Been using this place for years (15+) but recently its so tasteless

Everything was great apart from the sauces. The curry was too sweet and the sweet chilli was like vinegar. Other than that all good

Food was OK, but 79 mins delivery? Really?

The food was fantastic as usual, but the delivery was one hour late.

The food is always good but it took 1 hour and forty five minutes to get it forty minutes food was cold

Usually I love ordering from Hing Thai but this time it took over an hour to arrive and when it did arrive it was all cold and needed to be reheated which ruined the quality of the food. Hopefully just an off evening.

Food was lovely and the driver was very kind. Pity we found a hair in the main dish

Food was bland with little to no taste. Smaller portions than other places. Wouldnt order again

I placed our order online and was advised it would be an hour for delivery, I called after 11/2 hrs to be told that the order had not been sent through to the kitchen. It arrived 2hrs after first ordered. The delivery man was sullen, abrupt no apology. The food was cold, spring roll soggy and under cooked. The main meals were supposed to be hot, both were bland & insipid. The highlight was the prawn crackers. This is the first and last time we will use Hing Tai.

Food arrived cold very disappointed

Not enough sauce in the sweet and sour chicken.

Food came an hour after it had been ordered. Had to call 3 times to see where the driver was. By the time the food came I was starving. Food was warm. Spring rolls were chewy and tasteless. Main meal was fine but not great.

The beef was all stuck together, no flavour. Everything was cold
