Great food, delivered on-time.

Normally rate as great but the food today was mediocre and not warm. It was delivered in 30 minutes not the 1hr and 10 minutes originally stated, made us think that it was not as freshly cooked as normal. However the delivery driver was very pleasant.

The food when delivered is not as hot as one would expect and would suggest that this should be looked into .

Food was cold

I didn't like the grub out of Hook tonight. It was far off the usual quality I expect. Batter should not be chewy. My daughter didn't like her sausage supper and my fish supper was really poor as well. I think it's time to give Hook a break as the quality was poor then brilliant now it's back to being poor. That's the last 2 times I have not been happy.

Fish had clearly been transported on its side and therefore arrived badly broken.Chips were also coldProbably wont use scoffable in future

I like Hook. It's a good chipper. But what have you done to the glorious King Rib? I first had a King Rib Supper in my teens (over 30 years ago) and itbjas never changed in all that time, regardless of where it is purchased from. Until now. Why? WHY?!?!?
