madras tast of raw spice was inedible lamb was chewy prawn buna was just full of tomatoes very disappointing for 30 bucks

Food was freezing and no salad on the kebab when requested and asked for a tub of large salad and hardly anything in it

Ordered for pick up selected my time, picked up my Munchie box there was food missing from it, no doner meat and pitta breads and no juice. It was freezing cold but didn't realise until I got home, took it back and got money back not worth the money even if we had ate it. Tried to phone to let them know about missing food and got the phone put down on mus.Won't be using ever again.Would not recommend..

Pizza looked like it had been flung about the box before delivered and never tasted the best.

Order took 2 hours to arrive.

Whilst the food was good when it eventually arrived the problem was the delay (over 90 minutes) in delivering our order. There was a mix up apparently over the lamb dish I ordered, but it was unacceptable they only phoned about this nearly an hour after we placed our order. Moreover, it wasn't clear when we placed the order that rice was not included and had to be included as an extra side dish. Given we spent nearly £30 on our order, it seems a bit steep to charge extra for rice rather than making it clear on their website that it is not included automatically. We are exploring directly with the House of Spice whether they can offer us a discount, at the least on our next order, otherwise we will be thinking twice about ordering from them again.

Chips and doner meat with extra meat very poor.small tub with 7 bits of meat.curry wasnt great either.was told 50 mins for delivery and was over 90 mins.not impressed.

Chips were soggy as arrived in a paper foil bag that retains heat and makes them soggy and wet.. the pizza was also just okay. This takeaway use to be very very good but over the last few months the quality has gone right down hill. Not impressed with the food and will now go elsewhere.

Pizza wasnt cooked properly vegetables were practically raw very under cooked. Kebab meat was very dry no happy at all wont be ordering again

The food was terrible, half portions, not worth it, a total waste of money...£5 for a few mushrooms plus chicken starter was over £5 £12.50 for rubbish... don't order from them please!!! They done nothing to help me..Pure scam of service from them!!?

Meat tasted off

Order was over 30mins late again.everytime i order delivery takes between 90 to 120 mins.had lamb curry and lamb was so tough couldnt eat it.also missing rice from order.very disppointed.

Only got 1 poppodum asked for two. Rice was a bit dodgy.

Requested contactless delivery but wasn't provided. When this was explained to the delivery driver he stepped up even closer and reached into the house to hand me the food.

Waited 1 hour 50 minutes call the takeout and they blamed it on a new driverWas he cooking and delivering

Normally have no problem . But from online order to being confirmed to delivery was 2 hours ... Food was poor quality , chips over cooked and inedible , nan bread was equally as bad. Rice was perfect and korma sauce was nice and thick...
