Delivery was meant to be 1 hr. waited 1.5hrs! When eventually arrived, the sos on the waffle meted and was absorbed- not very presentable.....and milk shake was flat! The food was in the car for too long. Not happy with the service

The ice cream wasnt nice would not have paid what I paid for that and the cake was very very soggy there was no ice cream with it and flake

Quicker than estimated time, everything came in the order and was very good :)

Waited over 2 hours for a delivery, ice-cream was half melted by the time it arrived, nachos were cold and completely inedible.

AVOID!! Waited 2 hours for a milkshake and tango ice blast. Phone up to cancel and was told theres nothing they can do as it has left the shop? We didnt receive the order until 35 minutes after this and would not offer a refund. When it arrived was all melted and went straight in the bin. £12 for something we didnt even have. Awful.

2 hours 22mins for our order .Kids had went to bed by then

Twice, on 2 separate occasions i have asked for no salsa on my nachos and both tines it has been on them. Disappointed

Everything i ordered was amazing. Only thing was how long it took.

The order was placed for 1 dessert and 1 candy mix.It took 1,5 hour to be delivered, after the shop was closed. They had waited until closing time to do the deliveries. Nobody would answer the phone. At that point nobody enjoyed the orders as it was too late. If they are too busy, they need more people. Greedy.

Was qui delivery good size of ice cream and ice blasts think there could have more sweets in the boxes for the money paid but enjoyed them watching our movie

Ice cream was all melted took longer than suppose to nachos where ok so was milkshake
