The last 3 times I have ordered from here it's been awful service.The first time they forgot 3 milkshakesThe second time they forgot 3 cookie doughThe third time they forgot the ice-creanIts not like they were big/ confusing orders.

Just bit great quality

Took almost two hours. Sundae was melted and inside a cup so when the lid came off some of it spilled out. Waffles were good.

Delivery time terrible and missing items

Ordered at 9pm didn't arrive until 10:40pm 1hr and 40 minutes after ordered. It was marked for ASAP. Understandably it was busy however no updates or communication to when we would receive the order. Left waiting wondering if it would show up or not. Call store 1st time no answer second time we called we got an answer and also the order showed up at our door. Only issue was lack of communication of when the order would be received or an estimated time of arrival.

The wrong order was sent to us twice. The first order was totally wrong and we then waited another 30 mins after notification for this to be rectified. When the order arrived again there were missing items even though they added free sweets to the order. The ice cream we did receive was melted. This process took 1.75 hours for us to finally receive our order which is clearly unacceptable. We will not be back after this as the service was unacceptable. The free sweets after the first order would have made this okay IF the order was correct however this was not the case.

Delivery time is too long

Ordered around 9 oclock phoned I-candy at 10-40 who informed me it was out with a driver it arrived around 11 oclock Both desserts were cold and one was missing vanilla ice cream dont think I will be ordering from them again

My order was delivered to the wrong address. I then had to get in my car to drive to the property to pick it up. My telephone number was on the order so the householder phoned me to say they had it. 3 issues- data protection breech by giving my number to a third party, inconvenience of having to travel to pick it up and then paying a delivery fee for something that wasnt delivered to me. Not great service

Wasn't to expensive ice cream sundae was amazing also catered to my needs as I'm in hospital it was delivered with no problems

Once again...1st class. Whippy Ice Cream is just amazing!

My delivery came but 2 tango boat were missing and by time order arrived and tried calling the shop was closed!

Just short of 2 hours between ordering and my delivery arriving. Waffles cold and ice cream melted.
