Missed out the Nutella on the waffle. Clearly into much of a rush to get the last deliverys out to shut. Called up and was offered 10% off next time in as they were shutting in ten mins and delivery driver had already left so couldnt re deliver Delivery time was decent though. Food was a little warm

Out of date and stale

Delicious and arrived within 45 minutes of order being placed despite receiving an email that said it would be 1 hour 30 minutes. I originally ordered a crêpe but received a phone call saying they weren’t in stock so they gave me pancakes instead which were delicious

Mixtures where stale

I only received 1 mixture when I ordered and paid for 2. Took a good hour to arrive and I received it after the shop was actually closed. (Around 10:15 when the shop closes at 10:00).

Delivery took two and half hours and food was cold, ice blast had melted. Terrible service

Food was just a bit cold and ice cream tasted off and wasn’t mr whippy like it said it would be

The menu states that the cookie dough comes with two pieces but i only recieved one. Annoying as this was to share with a friend so we only got one small bite each. Recieved a different ice cream flavour than what i ordered. Very over priced for what it was. Wouldn't recommend and won't bother ordering from here again.
