My order was wrong to begin with, I received two tiny bits of chicken on a skewer that was supposed to be chicken satay with a side salad that was brown. Chips were really soggy. Im so disappointed as Ive ordered from here for years and it was maybe just an off night but the quality of the food was really poor.

I asked for NO PEPPERS. It came loaded with peppers. Had to bin it as im allergic to them and it was shuting so couldnt send it back. Really disappointed as i usually enjoy food from there.

I got jungle curry and the sauce was pure water, the salt and chilli chips hadno veg in it and they seemed over cooked, the chicken in the jungle curry was a funny colour. I have had some lovely meals from here in the past but tonight's was inedible.

I would on any other occasion say amazing but after last night disappointed as I orderd and it went through as a collection after two hours phoned to see where it was and realised it was a collection and couldnt get it.disappointed after two hours no on phoned to ask for a pick up time that wasnt given..but was told u had meal ready waiting after two hours.regular customer and disappointed when your busy a simply call to see couldnt be made to me

It wasn't terrible by any means, but we found the massaman and penang curries to be very oily, not at all creamy as the description promised. The spring rolls were good and the sticky rice was great, but the prawn crackers weren't to our tastes (although i would class this as a preference thing rather than them being objectively bad). Overall it was the curry that let this down, and for us that's the main event so it was ultimately disappointing.

Not its usual standard this time around. Which was surprising as its always been really good. A new chef perhaps?

I ordered vegan pad thai but it was basically a carton of greasy noodles with an occasional bit of shredded vegetable. Won't be rushing back.I would say though that the spicy salted chips were lovely.Overall, not worth the money.

Food was 40 minutes late and cold upon arrival. As this is not an isolated incident, I will not be ordering from Jais Thai again. I was a dedicated customer but I am fed up with the lax deliveries. Such a disappointment.

When ordering online there is no way to know an estimated time of delivery, after purchasing my meal had a email confirmation from scoffable saying it would take 1.40 hrs to be delivered, that was bad enough, little I knew it was actually going to take 2.20 hrs !!!!

Food was great however had to wait 3 hours on delivery

Nearly 2 hours to come and food was cold and not nice at all. Gutted was looking forward to it. The delivery driver is really lovely though!

Never again. 2 hours and arrived like it was reheated, chips overcooked, chicken cold and pad thai noodles all chopped up

We ordered chicken pad thai and it needed more seasoning, but overall not bad. However, there was a strong artificial (plastic-like) aftertaste which we couldn't identify. Not sure whether some of the ingredients are kept in certain containers which leave this flavour or whether it's the kitchen tools being used. We just couldn't get over that taste.

Would rate as neutral not bad but not an option. Estimated delivery time was 1 hour 30mins and it was over 2hours! . Pad tai was bland and pork belly dish was more fat than pork, but sauce tasty. Veg spring rolls were delicious.

Food arrived cold, chips were severely over cooked. Waited 2 hours for delivery also.

Ordered sticky rice was hard and jaggy . No taste to the spring rolls very bland . Chicken wings werent meaty at all .

Food is lovely if you ever get it.Sticky rice is terrible do not order.The few times we ordered from here it has never taken less than 2 hours

Delivery took two and half hours. Wasnt the best food. Wouldnt order again.

I ordered food at 19.58 and it was eventually delivered at 21.45 Very poor delivery service

Took over 2 hours for the food to arrive, far longer than we were initially advised. My hisband works shifts so had to go to bed before his dinner.

Not enuf veg in beef dish chips hard and rubbery
