Usually very good, but late delivery (1 hr) hard potato., under cooked poppadoms. Missing starter sauce. Standard poor tonight.

Takeaway had not arrived after 40 minutes of the estimated time - tried phoning them repeatedly with no reply so ended up driving to the premises at this point they chap appologised and said they were very busy but it was clear that they has not even started cooking it and I suspect they had just forgotten about the order. A telephone call from them explaining it would be delayed would have been helpful. The food as usual was first class,and I've previously had no issues with the takeaway, but the hours delay without any communication and having paid for delivery having to pick it up myself spoiled our curry night. I would expect at least a refund for the delivery charge.
